Oversaw regional market business development and overall marketing strategy as the first marketing officer reporting directly to the CEO. Developed and implemented OvationTix (SaaS) marketing plan in coordination with sales staff--resulted in double digit revenue growth. Also advised on media/advertising offerings and in replatforming planning.
MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR: GEFFEN PLAYHOUSE
Oversaw digital re-branding including redesigned website and ticketing/donation/CRM migration. This directly resulted in six-figure annual expense savings and provided the resources necessary for a seven-figure earned revenue expansion--the largest in the nonprofit theater's history.
ASSOCIATE MARKETING DIRECTOR:
Began as Los Angeles County/J. Paul Getty Arts Administration Intern. Managed the theater's first email list and created innovative subscription benefits and packages that dramatically increased cash-flow and leveraged season programming. Managed and trained over 100 full, part-time and volunteer staff in box office, concession and donor relations.
